Tailgating Honda Crashes After Brake Checked

Most of us have probably been in both situations, but really why was this dude tailgating to begin with when there was 2 other wide open lanes that he could of used easily to pass? Not to mention this person was already in the slow lane? Well recently in New York City this happen and you can see as a result of a quick brake check, the tailgater freaked out behind the wheel slamming on the brakes and causing the vehicle to spin out of control.
