American Muscle Car enthusiast will have a smile on their faces after seeing this factory freak wheelie past the 60 foot! The fastest one is said to be the supercharged 350 cubic inch V8 with expectations of running a mid 8 second quarter mile. First 2016 COPO Camaro Running 8 Second Quarter Mile Video
First thing to know about the video below is we don't actually get to see any track times nor has GM disclosed anything official yet. But if you listen in closely after the last run you'll hear the gentleman near the camera say what sounds like "8.99" while looking at the time slip. So a 8.99 quarter mile with a factory built Camaro; that is impressive! But remember that the COPO's are meant for track use only and are not street legal. One of the best features of the video is the multiple camera angles you'll get to see; Which include views from inside the engine bay, under the car, the drivers area, along with the front and rear of the car. Enjoy the first official released video from General Motors of the 2016 COPO Camaro.
