100s of Street Racers = Chaos in Philly Streets!

It's too often you see a scene like this, hundreds, if not thousands of people clogg up the streets of Philly and go for some good ol fashion street racing in an industrial area. The cops show up a few times, but can't do much because they're easily out numbered 1 to 100 would be our guess. There are some old school Chevelle's with big blowers, to some Honda Civics and even a Fox Body Mustang pulling the wheels racing in this crowded area.
